人間ドック

今日は人間ドックを受診しました。

2年前の検査で視野に関する指摘を受け、現在加療していることもあって、一年に一度はきちんと検査を受けることの大切さを感じています。

体重は5年間全く変わらず、体脂肪率は0.5%減で、この年齢としてはますまずです。

Ｘ線やエコーなどを使った内臓の検査や血液検査などの結果は、3週間程で判る予定。

検査結果を意識して、健康には気を配っていきたいと思います。

Complete medical checkup

Today, I received a complete medical checkup at a hospital.
I feel the importance of medical checkup once a year.

Two years ago, doctors pointed out my lack of vision, so I am currently undergoing treatment in ophthalmology.

My weight has not changed at all for five years, the percentage of body fat decreased 0.5% from last year. I think these numbers are good.

I will be notified of the results of the internal organs such as blood tests and X-ray and echo with the other in about three weeks.

I am aware of test results, and I would like to take care of my own health.
